The Kano State government has received two digital fire fighting vehicles from the federal government.
During the unveiling of the vehicles, Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, reiterated his administration’s dedication to emergency preparedness for safety of lives and properties.

According the governor’s spokesperson, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, the governor assured of making judicious use of the trucks. In his address, Engineer A. Kazeem, the Controller of the Federal Fire Service, Kano Command, underscored the importance of the newly deployed digital fire-fighting trucks in safeguarding lives and properties in the state.
He revealed that out of the 20 states selected to receive the fire-fighting trucks, Kano State was privileged to be among the recipients.
