The Kano State Road and Traffic Agency (KAROTA) has sacked one of its officers, Road Traffic Assistant (RTA II) Jamilu Gambo, over alleged unprofessional conduct.

This is contained in a statement issued to newsmen by the agency’s Public Relations Officer, Mr Nabilusi Abubakar, on Thursday in Kano.

According to the statement, the dismissal followed Gambo’s conduct at his duty post where he allegedly destroyed a trailer’s tires as a result of argument between him and the trailer’s driver.
