Just as its annual December Christmas carnival brings together local and international tourists, the Jazz festival has so far brought as many visitors to the ancient town as possible.
The festival designed to provide the   Easter weekend getaway for everyone, yesterday featured performances by D’Angelo, Darey, Asa and Bez. Today, it is expected to there woulkd be performances by Eric Benet, Jonathan Butler and Burna Boy. Tomorrow will feature Darey, Bez, Burna Boy. The events are hosted by Kate Henshaw and Dakore Egbuson among  others.
In addition to the concerts, there would be fun day-time activities and family tours; VIP after-parties, as well as opportunities to sample some of the local cuisines which are giving Calabar world acclaim as ‘Nigeria’s best kitchen’.
The likes of Big Brother Africa’s IK, Darey Art Alade, Maurice Inok and Maryan will also host the show.
