The Humanitarian Awards and Magazine event, recently held at Merit House, Maitama, Abuja, was a resounding success.

It spotlighted the contributions of three First Ladies: Dr. Zulaihat Dikko Radda of Katsina State, Hajiya Huriyya Dauda Lawal of Zamfara State, and Dr. Nafisa Nasir Idris of Kebbi State.

They were honored for their extraordinary dedication and impactful work in advancing humanitarian causes.

According to the organisers, Dr. Radda of Katisna has been a transformative force in Katsina State, leading initiatives that address critical issues such as education, healthcare, and women’s rights.

Hajiya Lawal of Zamfara State has made significant strides in community development, focusing on child welfare, women’s empowerment, and support for the underprivileged.

Dr. Idris of Kebbi State has been a champion of education and health, working tirelessly to promote the well-being of children and families in her state.

The event was attended by the Minister of Art and Culture, Hannatu Musa Musawa, who praised the First Ladies for their dedication and leadership.
