Sumaila, who was one of the governorship aspirants of the party in the state, threatened to work against Ganduje and Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso when he could not secure the deputy governorship seat after losing the primary election.
His appearance at the campaigns of Ganduje at his Sumaila hometown yesterday ended the political acrimony in the party in the state. Our correspondent gathered that Sumaila joined the campaign team following the intervention of elders in the party.
Speaking during the campaign, Sumaila said the acrimony between them is over and that he would work for the actualisation of the victory of Ganduje and others.
Sumaila, who presented Ganduje before the teeming supporters, said the reconciliation was necessary for the party to record landslide victory at the forthcoming elections.
