The new governor of Taraba State, Lt Col. Agbu Kefas (retd), has pledged to tackle insecurity challenges facing the state for decades. 

Kefas in his inaugural speech in Jalingo yesterday promised to engage security experts, traditional institutions, professionals, youths and other stakeholders to tackle insecurity.

He stated that his administration would give priority to youths and women empowerment and also enable the disabled.

He assured the people that he would only appoint competent hands into his cabinet.
