The Acting Chief Judge of Kogi State, Justice Josiah Majebi has expressed his commitment in the anti-corruption fight in the state’s judiciary.
Speaking while interacting with newsmen recently, Justice Majebi said he has set the necessary machinery in motion for an anti-corruption panel to try corrupt judges and staff of judiciary who have stained the image of judiciary in the state for years.

Justice Majebi said corruption in the judiciary is a leech that have been sucking its blood, and it must be removed for a better society.
The acting Chief judge therefore told the council of judges the resolve of his administration to “embrace transparency, accountability, dedication, commitment and professionalism” that would be archored on collective engagements for the progress and sustenance of an enduring judicial institution.
