The newly elected chairman of Kogi Local Government Area of Kogi State, Alhaji Isah Abdulkarim, has pledged his administration’s priority on security and infrastructural development in the area.

Abdulkarim, while speaking with newsmen on Sunday, said the security of lives and property of residents of Koton-Karfe and its environs was paramount to any administration, hence it was his administration’s desire to ensure they were protected.

He said provision of viable infrastructure such as the opening of rural roads, electricity, healthcare centres and portable water was second on top of his list.
