The chairmanship candidate of the PDP in Kwali Area Council, Mr. Ibrahim Daniel, has said the people of the council are desperate for the party to take over power from the ruling APC in the 2019 polls.

Mr. Daniel, who spoke with our reporter in Kwali yesterday, said the people of Kwali had tested and seen the difference in terms of performance between the ruling APC and the opposition PDP. He said the PDP administration under him which was voted out in 2016 provided viable infrastructure that impacted on the lives of residents of the council.

“It is the masses that should be the judge after comparing what the PDP administration achieved and what the present APC administration has been able to put in place in their two and half years in office,” he said.

Daniel said it was unfortunate that the present APC administration failed to key into the water dam project which would have addressed water problem in the council.
