According to Sahara reporters, Governor Kwankwaso, while speaking at the Old Parade Ground, Abuja, described as “most unfortunate” the strategy of the current administration to perpetuate itself in power. In a speech to his supporters, he said “Change! Positive change is possible. Change! Progressive change is doable and we are agents of this change. We are the change. We should not only make it possible, we must make it achievable. Yes we must.”
He further added, “Our party is the only party that is built in Nigeria with Nigerians in focus. We are the only party that preaches internal democracy, believes in equal rights, and respects our cultural diversities, that regards the rule of law and believes in free and fair election”.
T Johnson: Let Amaechi from River state declare for presidency and see if northern politicians will rally around him. He should declare for president not vice president. Let’s see how enlightened APC truly is. Talk is cheap. It is about time APC started hosting this Amaechi instead of him always doing the hosting.
