Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara State on Thursday stepped down the nomination of Saba Margret, 29, from Edu local government area as commissioner in the state.
This is the second time in less than two months the governor will replace a commissioner nominee whose name had been forwarded to state lawmakers.

Abdulrazaq informed the lawmakers about the new development through a letter read during plenary by the Speaker, Danladi Yakubu-Salihu.
Margret was one of the five newly nominated commissioners whose name was sent to the House and read on the floor last Tuesday.
Details of her withdrawal are still sketchy as at the time of filing this report.
The nominees who were screened and confirmed on Thursday include Maryam Hassana Ahmed, Patigi, Ibrahim Sulaiman, Ilorin West, Banigbe Remilekun, Isin and Aremu Abosede Deborah, Irepodun
Kaosarah Adeyi, who was later appointed as the SSA Youth Engagement was initially nominated as commissioner but later withdrawn before her present appointment.
