The owner of an online TV station in Kwara State, Fresh Ofofo TV, Yusuf Jubril, has been arraigned for allegedly photoshopping the pictures of popular women in the state to make them appear nude and post the same on social media.
Jubril was dragged to court over a one-count charge of defamation of character.
According to the police First Information Report (FIR), the petitioner, Fathia Hussein, a makeup artist, reported the case.
The FIR reads in part: “She was in her studio in the Fate area of Ilọrin when Yusuf Jubril posted the nude picture of someone else together with her picture on his Instagram page with these numbers: 08186516115 and 08080754013.
