The police in Lagos State have commenced investigation into the activities of a pastor of a new generation church, Elijah Emenendu, who is alleged to have had anal sex with three brothers.

The case, which is currently being attended to by detectives at Area B, Apapa, followed a complaint by an NGO, Advocates for Children and Venerable Persons Network (ACVPN).

Though the case was originally reported to the police in Ajegunle, it was transferred to Area B over allegation of a cover up.

ACVPN alleged that the three brothers fell victims of the gay preacher sometime in 2021.

The victims, according to the NGO, were raped severally by the pastor right inside his church in Lagos.

Recounting the victims’ ordeal to the police, ACVPN said the suspect started by relating fake prophecies to the victims.

The NGO said, ‘’He started by prophesying that God wanted the eldest to stop internet fraud also known as Yahoo Yahoo. During the period, the teenage boy started living with the pastor.

“While they were living together, the pastor taught him how to masturbate. He later revealed to the boy that he wanted the boy to experience the power of God and that he would release power into the boy through anal sex. The boy agreed and after which he started bleeding from his anus and was also going through severe pains.

“He had sex with him four times in a week, twice a day, inserted mop stick into the anus, used syringe middle to prick his scrotum and navel.

“From him, he moved to his immediate younger brother and taught him masturbation and told him something was faulty with the quality of his semen and penis. So he sexually assaulted him, made him conduct oral sex and licked his anus. “He then moved to their little brother and had sex with him too. Made them have sex with one another in his hotel room after church service.” The NGO added that, “The boys are badly messed up.”

Lagos police spokesman, Benjamin Hundeyin, said in a WhatsApp message that the case was being investigated by the police at Area B in Apapa.
