Lagos real estate developer celebrates 20th anniversary

Design Union Limited, a Lagos-based real estate developer, as part of the celebration for its 20th anniversary, has reeled out its achievements in the industry.

In a statement by the managing director, Architect Anthony Aihie, said the company is known for its innovative designs and luxury real estate development.

“The last 20 years have gone by so quickly. Considering our achievements amidst four local recessions and two major global economic crises, one must be grateful to God for our survival as a business. And we appreciate the patronage of our clients,” he said.

He said, over the years, among its flagship projects is the luxury 17- storey Eden Heights tower in Victoria Island, Lagos, which the firm launched as its 5-star brand called Royal Residences Hotel and Apartments.

Aihie added that the firm is currently developing the Ilupeju Gardens and Canalily Place, having a range of apartments, maisonettes and penthouses for the Ilupeju and Lekki markets.

“These locations will have five floors, with each floor having 1,2, 3 & 4 bedrooms well-designed spaces with green parks featuring 50 neem (Dongoyaro) trees,” he added.
