Samchi, immediate past president of the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) Staff Multipurpose Society is arraigned by the police for criminal breach of trust, criminal misappropriation and theft by servant.
Prosecution, suspect and witnesses were in court last Friday but the judge was not present.
The case again suffered as parties took a long adjournment – May 9, 2014.
The matter mentioned since last year was to be heard on February 27, 2014 but there was no judge in court. It was then slated for March 28.
