Late distribution of materials in Kabusa

While some polling units are already set and await the commencement of voting, some ad hoc staff and election materials are yet to leave the ward distribution centre in Kabusa, Abuja Municipal Area Council, FCT.

The ad hoc staff are going to some places over 10 kilometres in the ward including Pykasa, Lugbe, Apo, Takalafia, Trademore Estate, Gida.

Peter Dashi, a Kabusa resident, said he got to the polling unit before 6am but not sure if voting if commence by 8am.

“I dont know if they will start by 8am but I  am ready,” he said.

“I have been here before 6am and I just want to ready. I’ve already found my name on the register and positioned to vote,” he said.

There are 15 voting points distributed according to the first alphabets of voters’ name at the Kabusa Primary School.
