Lawmaker empowers 1500 women with N20, 000 each

The Member representing Albasu, Gaya and Ajingi federal constituency at the House of Representatives, Abdullahi Mahmud Gaya, has empowered 1,500 women in his constituency with N20, 000 each as a starter capital after undergoing straining.

Speaking during the empowerment programme tagged ‘AMG’s Special Empowerment Package’, the house member said he was also able to constructs 3 blocks of classrooms in 23 out of the 30 wards in the constituency adding that all the 69 (3 blocks classrooms) were currently awaiting commissioning.

Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries Malama Hauwa Ibrahim Abba urged other politicians to emulate the good gesture done by the house member.
