Over 300 students of tertiary institutions from Barkin Ladi/Riyom Constituency of Plateau State have received scholarships from the member representing them in the House of Representatives, Istifanus Dung Gyang.

The students, who are pursuing undergraduate degrees, post graduate diplomas, master’s and doctorate degrees in various disciplines, are said to have received a total of N3.7 million scholarships.

Speaking at the ‘Student Education Enhancement, Scholarship Awards and Constituency Briefing’, Hon. Gyang said the award was to enable the students to pay their fees and complete their programmes smoothly.
