A lecturer with the Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara State, Mr Ayatu Ikani Momoh, on Sunday died during a community meeting in Offa.

It was gathered that Mr Ayatu slumped during the meeting and efforts to resuscitate him failed.

Until his death, Ayatu, who hailed from Kogi, was a senior technologist in the Department of Mass Communication of the institution and the secretary of Igala local community in Offa, Kwara State.

Head of Media and Publicity of the institution, Olayinka Iroye who confirmed the incident told City News on Monday, said he would be buried today in his home town in Ofu Local Government of Kogi State.
