I congratulate Christians in Nigeria and all over the world on the celebration of the Easter. After a 40-day period of fasting and abstinence, it is time to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. I urge Christians not to discard the lessons learnt during the period and to continue to live righteous lives. They should reconcile with their neighbours who they are not in good terms with and endeavour to live in peace with people of other religions. Let us also use this period to pray for Nigeria, so that God will give us good leaders who will work to develop the country.
