The Administrator of Okehi LGA in Kogi State, Abdulraheem Ohiare, has dissociated himself from the recent crisis in Ihima area of the council.
Speaking yesterday in his office at Obangede while reacting to an allegation by the Obobanyi of Emani, Chief Samuel Adai Onimisi, that he was fuelling crisis in the district, Ohiare said rather than blaming him, he should accept guilt for his inability to call his people to order.
Ohiare who traced the recent crisis to heated political activities by an SDP senatorial candidate from Emani, regretted that various gestures to the clan by the present administration were never reciprocated. He urged Emani youths involved in the crisis and Ihima district in general to embrace peace.
