Wikki were the better of the two sides in the first stanza as they managed to squeeze out a 2-1 victory over Lobi but the vice-chairman and Technical Adviser, Mr. Dominic Iorfa Mtem is confident his side would revenge that defeat today.

Speaking to Feverpitch ahead of the match billed for the Chief Emmanuel Akume Atongo Stadium, Iorfa said his boys are in the right frame of mind to pick the maximum points against Wikki.

The former international expressed confidence that his team has been invincible at home this season and Wikki won’t survive the onslaught that they are going to face.

He said even in their first meeting this season, the Bauchi State team escaped narrowly with the 2-1 victory but this time, there will be no hiding place for them.

“We are ready to take our own pound of flesh from Wikki. They are a good side but I think we are better prepared. And if you look at our home records, since we started playing at our home ground in Katsina-Ala, we have not lost any game. Apart from the 1-1 draw against 3SC, we have won all other matches.

“And if you look at this record, it shows clearly that we are invincible at home this season and we hope to continue with this good performance” he stated.

Iorfa said his team is enjoying the unflinching support from the people of Katsina-Ala whose turn out at matches has continued to improve with each game.

He said the best way to appreciate the fans is to give them victory just as he called on them to always exercise patience with his boys even when the goals don’t come as quickly as they expect.

“I also want to use this opportunity to thank our supporters who have stood solidly behind us. With each game, the support continues to improve and this is good for us.

“We are motivated to give our best. The only way we can say thank you is to keep winning and this is our promise to the fans” he pledged.
