The Labour Party (LP) in Nasarawa State has cautioned its members against anti-party activities and violence ahead of the 2023 general elections.
The state’s Chairman of the campaign council, Mr Joshua Angadzi, gave the charge in Lafia Sunday shortly after the inauguration of the state’s 148-member campaign council.

Angadzi admonished all supporters of the party to shun all forms of violence during and after the campaigns, stating that anyone found causing trouble in the guise of campaigning for the party would be handed over to the security agencies.
He said, “Today we have just inaugurated the 148-member campaign council. They are to go round the state to canvas votes for Mr Peter Obi and all our candidates in Nasarawa State.”
