The Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) of the Labour Party (LP) has alleged plots by anti-democratic forces to frustrate the collection of Permanent Voter’s Cards (PVCs).
The Obi-Datti Media Office, in a statement yesterday, said reports available to the party showed that the collection of PVCs was not going smoothly in some centres across the country.

The statement reads in part: “Our attention was drawn in particular to Lagos State where in some identified areas prospective voters wishing to collect their voter’s cards are being frustrated with all kinds of excuses disrupting the PVC collection.”
It noted that they were worried about the pre-election activities.
