There is a lesson in this because at the end of the day, Mailantarki’s achievements or lack of them will show how right or wrong we were in our decision to elect him as our representative. As people, our successes can only be measured through the impact we are able to make on the life of the people.

Unfortunately for us in Nigeria today, the level of corruption and indiscipline in our democracy is quite unimaginable, and it has permeated every aspect of our lives as citizens. It is also obvious that we have people that should be responsible for leading us selflessly and they swore to an oath to do that. Our leaders, who are only a fragment of our population, can do a lot to improve on our wellbeing.

A leader who identifies with his people will enjoy a cordial relationship with them and can rest assured that they will always be praying for him to succeed. Mailantarki has done wonderfully well to justify our trust in him, but there is always room for more to be done because the challenges are countless.

We the members of Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) and well wishers in Mailantarki’s constituency are truly feeling the impact of his representation. We never had it this good. Our representative has shown courage, justice, patience, industry, simplicity, modesty and integrity. It is my added desire for the sustainability of our great party (CPC) to bring to your notice the need to introduce vocational training in your constituency so that our jobless can fend for themselves and be able to enjoy the modern amenities of life such as tarred roads, bridges, stable electricity, potable water, market stalls, and so on.

Let me say well done, once again, because you have done well. Indeed you are a positive thinker. Continue the good work so that you will be rewarded here and in the hereafter.
