The police in Ekiti State have arraigned a 48-year-old man, Stephen Ibrahim, over alleged malicious damage to a house, shop with some costly drinks worth N2 million.
The Police prosecutor, Inspector Bamikole Olasunkanmi, told the court that the suspect and 10 others now at large on October 3 at about 16:10 hours at Iyan Emirin, off Federal Polytechnic, conspired to maliciously damage the shop and wine.
Inspector Olasunkanmi said the defendants and 10 others on the same date, time and place, conspired and alleged that one Abdulmalik Dauda used one late Stephen Daniel for money ritual.
“The defendant, and others at large, did conduct themselves in a manner that is likely to cause breach of peace,” he said.
