A man, simply identified as Tony, over the weekend allegedly beheaded his girlfriend, Miss Maxuel Ebibralade, after having sexual intercourse with her in Kabeama in Sagbama LGA of Bayelsa State.
City & Crime gathered that the victim, who has a child with the suspect, was allegedly killed by him around 3am on Saturday as her naked headless corpse was discovered at dawn by neighbours who then raised alarm.

A resident told our reporter, “We don’t know what happened between the two lovers that would make him cut off her head.
“The two of them were quiet and easy going. We are at a loss as to what went wrong. The headless corpse of the woman was evacuated and deposited in the mortuary of the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Yenagoa, while the arrested boyfriend is in custody of the police.”
Police spokesman in Bayelsa State, ASP Musa Muhammed, who confirmed the incident, said the command would issue a statement soon.
