The police charged Bello, whose residential address was not provided with murder.
The Magistrate, Mrs Abimbola Amole-Ajimoti, did not take Bello’s plea. She directed the police to return the case file to the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) for legal advice and adjourned to August 22. (NAN)
