Operatives of the Edo State Police Command have arrested a man, Apalobi Daniel, for allegedly strangulating his neighbour’s wife, Mrs Celine Profit Lucky, to death in Ogbboyokho community during a fight.

The state’s police spokesman, SP Chidi Nwabuzor, who confirmed the arrest, said that one Efosa Lucky of Powerline Road, Ugbiyokho community, reported that his neighbour, Apalobi Daniel, and his wife, Celine Profit, had an argument and that in the process Daniel used his necktie to strangulate his wife to death.
