A resident of Damaturu, the capital of Yobe State, Malam Usman Muhammad, has embarked on a 458 bicycle ride from Damaturu to Kano on a mission to congratulate Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, on his victory at the Supreme Court.
Malam Usman, a Kano indigene but resident of Damaturu for the past 30 years, said the trip was in fulfilment of a vow he took.
