A man, simply identified as Muhammadu, has left his village in Fika LGA of Yobe State and now resides in the cave of a baobab tree.
City & Crime gathered that Muhammadu has been living in the cave for nearly five years.
A resident, who spoke to City & Crime on the condition of anonymity, said that Muhammadu claimed that he had been blessed with a special gift that allowed him to foresee the future through dreams.
He said that Muhammad’s attempts to share the insights with his fellow villagers met with skepticism, leaving them to label him as insane.

He further said that frustrated by their dismissive attitude toward his premonitions, Muhammadu decided to withdraw from village life.
