The Lagos State Police Command has taken into custody a 41-year-old man, Chucks Ngen, accused of drugging and raping a 15-year-old girl.

The police said the accused lured the victim into his one-room apartment in the Igando area of Lagos where he took advantage of her innocence by adding a narcotic substance in a drink and giving her which made her unconscious.

The police said while the young girl was still sleeping, the accused remover her pants and raped her.
