A Mapo magistrates’ court in Ibadan, Oyo State, on Wednesday, ordered the remand of a man Dolapo Taju (27), in the Agodi Correctional Centre for allegedly biting the lip of a woman, Joy Apenago.

The Magistrate, Mrs O.O. Latunji, who ordered the remand, adjourned the case to July 3.

Earlier, the prosecutor, Insp Oluseye Akinola, told the court that the defendant was arrested on May 27, at the Ojaba area of Ibadan after he bit the lip of the woman during a disagreement. (NAN)
