Chief Magistrate A. M. Adamu of Chief Magistrate Court II, Yola, Adamawa State, has ordered the remand of one Abubakar Abdulsalam over allegations of serious sexual offences.
The prosecutor, Inspector Ibrahim Aliyu, said the defendant, a middle-aged man, from Yolde Pate in Yola South Local Government Area of Adamawa State, committed the offences on April 19, 2025
The prosecutor said he was accused of sodomizing a 12-year-old boy and defiling two young girls, aged 8 and 10.
He was charged with defilement and unnatural offence contrary toSections 263 and 211 of the Adamawa State Penal Code Law, 2018.
