A man who specialised in stealing phones at the banks in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State, has been arrested by the police.

 The police said the man whose name was given as Anas Shehu, from the Cinema area of Sokoto State, had been criminally trespassing into some banks in the state to steal phones belonging to customers and bank officials.

 According to a statement by the Public Relations Officer in the state, DSP Nafiu Abubakar, the man stole a Tecno Spark 10c android phone valued at N100,000 and one iPhone Promax valued at N560,000 from the banks before he was caught.

 He said the suspect would soon be charged to court.
