Speaking to newsmen in his Yola residence, the former MILAD said they were all compelled to leave the PDP since the party has not accorded them justice.

He said, “You are all aware of speculations about my political future in the light of the appalling charade orchestrated by the PDP in the name of ward delegates, preparatory to its nomination of candidates for the 2011 elections.

“After intensive and extensive consultations with my supporters, and in deference to thousands of aggrieved voices against the PDP’s recent electoral outrage, I Muhammadu Buba Marwa, our teeming supporters and associates will seek a new platform where we can realize our full democratic potentials in the race ahead.”
