All Progressive Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate in Katsina state Aminu Masari has won all the 20 local government areas so far declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). There are 34 LGAs in Katsina.

A 30 minutes break has been declared before officials will return to collate the remaining 14 LGAs.
