Popular social media personality MC Orobo has publicly reached out to an influential figure, known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), expressing deep concern over the escalating situation involving Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin.

MC Orobo, in a recorded video obtained by journalists highlights his apprehension over how the ongoing issues with Prophet Fufeyin are being handled, particularly in relation to the involvement of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).

Citing the well-known proverb, “When a bird cries at night and someone passes away in the morning, people often blame the bird for the tragedy,” MC Orobo warned VDM to be cautious in his battle against Prophet Fufeyin.

He emphasized the need for wisdom, quoting from the 48 Laws of Power: “Pick your battles wisely.”

According to Orobo, not every fight is worth pursuing, as there is a risk of winning a battle but losing the larger war.

This follows a recent video in which VDM made bold claims against Prophet Fufeyin, calling for NAFDAC to take action against the religious leader.

VDM also threatened to encourage public uprisings if the agency failed to act. While many have applauded VDM for his stance, MC Orobo cautioned him that his words and actions are being recorded and could eventually be used against him.

MC Orobo reminded VDM of a previous incident where he claimed to have used a hacker to influence matters involving Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo. He warned that such revelations could expose VDM to further legal and personal troubles down the line.

The central issue raised by MC Orobo is the appropriateness of NAFDAC’s involvement in spiritual matters.

He questioned the agency’s authority to investigate religious practices, arguing that if NAFDAC starts probing spiritual products, it could open the floodgates for scrutiny of all religious items, from rosaries to holy water.

He urged the agency to focus on more pressing concerns, such as the rise of fake alcoholic beverages and counterfeit drugs that are harming Nigerians.

MC Orobo advised VDM to be mindful of the people applauding him, as they may not stand by him when the tide turns.

He urged him to choose his battles wisely and not offend the wrong people in his quest for justice.
