Medical students elect leaders

Medical students at the University of Benin have elected leaders to pilot the affairs of the association for the next one year.

The executives emerged after the recent election held at the medical students’ hostel of the institution.

Some of the newly elected leaders were Anthony Daban Adams and Eseosa Osadiaye, President and Vice respectively, Godwin Chiazor, Secretary General and Obele David, Chairman, Committee on Medical Outreach and Public Health (COMOPH).

Also, new executives for the 2017 Students Union Government (SUG) have been elected. Ogbidi Osamudiamen and Okogwu Frances emerged President and Vice respectively, while Aidenagbon Justus emerged Secretary General and Momodu Ehizua, assistant Secretary General.
