Uganda: Hannington Kuteesa a.k.a Hannington, 23, an entrepreneur and CEO of his company. He sees himself as his role model as no one can influence him.
Kenya: Edward Muthusi, a.k..a. Teddy, 34. Unemployed and would just be a nice guy in the house and wouldn’t find it difficult to settle down with other housemates. Competitive, passionate, fun, energetic and analytical. Multi-talented advertising copywriter, voice-over artist and broadcaster Teddy has a BA in International Relations from the United States International University in Nairobi.
Nigeria: Kevin Chuwang, 27, still in the university and just hopes to win. Says he is simple and short with guts. Loves pounded yam, chicken and chips. The 27-year-old entertainer has a BA in English Language. He’s proud to be Nigerian because Nigerians stand out and survive any situation – “which is why you’ll find a Nigerian almost everywhere.” Voted ‘Most Sociable’ at University, Kevin’s role model is his father because “he is principled.” If he wins Big Brother Revolution, Kevin will spend his money on creating an entertainment empire and will share some of it with friends and family who have stood by him.
Botswana: Kaone Ramo, 26. A designer, he will just keep it real on show. He will also be open, friendly, driven, respectful and creative. Kaone lists his relationship status as “single – and ok about it”. Having studied Communication and International Relations, he is currently an intern principal youth officer.
Ethiopia: Yacob Yehdego a.k.a. Yac, 28, an assistant manager. “I’m honest” he says, adding: “I will be me. I will have to do what I have to do so I can win.” Favourite Food: Chicken, spaghetti, Chinese, Indian and Ethiopian food. At 6’4”, Yacob is the tallest contestant on Big Brother Revolution. He is an assistant manager in a factory and has a BA degree in Communication. He is single and has one older sibling. Yacob regards his father as his role model because of his hard working ethic. Yacob says his bad habits are drinking and smoking and he’d love to visit Brazil because the women are sexy.
South Africa: Quinn Sieber a.k.a Squinzo, 21, a radio presenter/DJ says he is not too sharp but his ingenuity and calmness may just see him become $200,000 richer.
Mozambique: Leonel Estevoa a.k.a Wizard, 23, IT specialist and would just do his best to entertain people while in the house and hopes that may fetch him the prize.
Ghana: George Wayoe a.k.a Wayo, 34, unemployed and just hopes to win. A father of two girls, LLB student Wayoe lists his greatest achievement in life as making it into the Big Brother house. He respects anyone who has natural talent and has lived in a few other countries including Cote d’Ivoire and Liberia. Wayoe enjoys talk shows and soap operas and lists history books as his favourite type of book.
