Speaking during the commissioning ceremony, Mrs. Eyakenyi said  the commissioning of the 225 residential estate will further  reduce the housing deficit in the country , adding that the estate is adequately served with the state-of-the-art facilities.
She said, “We are committed to redressing this situation. It is, therefore, a thing of joy that UACN Property Development Company Plc is helping us to redefine housing standards evident in the quality of the housing units, together with the enabling facilities and services for the residents of this new estate. It is my expectation that all other developers will be guided by the improved standards of housing delivery that UACN Development Company Plc has exhibited in this estate, to replicate such standards in their respective housing estates.
In his welcome address, Managing Director UACN Property Development  Company  PLC, Mr Hakeem  Ogunniran said the company  embarked on the housing project  about three years ago with the acquisition of 11.7 hectares of land  in Apo  for the development of an up scale residential estate targeted at various categories of customers.
Ogunniran said the ground breaking ceremony was held in 2012.
