Technology and software company, Microsoft Nigeria, in partnership with HP Incorporation recently organised an event in Lagos to celebrate its partners and retailers for their impact in the year.
The event themed “Celebration of Stars 2015” also gave Microsoft Nigeria the opportunity to appreciate and recognise the impact of government and financial institutions on the company’s business.
Consumer Channel Group Director, Microsoft Nigeria, Mark Ihimoyan who spoke at the event said that, “This celebration is to reward partners who are transacting genuine Microsoft business-retailing and legitimate Microsoft software with HP product and we rank them in order of their performance; in terms of sales volume, consistency and year on year growth.”
He added that, “HP is one of our premier hardware partners with whom we have been delivering the best value for our esteemed customers for decades, especially because of the innovative hardware that comes out of HP and the powerful experience that we seek to deliver with our Windows Operating System and the Microsoft Office.”
 The Managing Director, HP Incorporation, Ify Afe, commended the team for organising the colorful event in which Office Everything won the Top Genuine Partner category award.
Other award recipients included, Tobest Computers Limited, Best Performer Ink; Ajatech Computers Limited, Best Performer Toner; Amason Computers Limited, Best Performer GSB Supplies; Above Ventures Limited, Highest Growth Supplies;  Technology Distribution, Best Printing, Best Computing, and Best Supplies (Distribution); and Spar Park ‘n’ Shop, Best Consumer Computing.
