She also called on women to take good care of themselves and routinely visit hospitals for check-ups.Her words: “we must also take good care of our homes and make them not only attractive and beautiful but also conductive to our husbands and children.
“We need to pay particular attention to our bodies. We, as women, must be more intimate with our bodies. Look out for any change, and if you find any, seek professional medical help as soon as possible.
“We need to dress neatly but modestly and we must educate our children, particularly the girls, on personal hygiene and proper dress code. Your dressing, to a great extent, speaks volume about your personality”, she maintained.
The wife of the governor however informed the gathering that the administration of Dr Olusegun Mimiko had designed many programmes and policies to avail women the opportunities of attaining their God given potentials in all sectors, that is economics, social, political, among others.
