Timnan Rimdap, Chairman of the Action Committee, announced the ultimatum after a meeting by the congress held in Jos.

According to the chairman, the action was taken following the refusal of the state government to implement the new National Minimum Wage, non-payment of arrears, allowances, and understaffing.
