The Minister for Women Affairs Hajiya Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim and the Minister for State FCT, Dr. Mariya Mahmud will lead other female leaders to receive the Inspire Her Awards at the Inspire Her Conference & Awards 2025.

Other recipients for the Inspire Her Awards are the Chief Executive Officer, Sun Trust Bank Halima Buba, the 2019 YPP Vice Presidential Candidate, Hajiya Umma Getso, the Executive Director NEXIM Bank, Hon. Stella Okotete, the Senior Special Assitant to the President on Women Affairs, Engr. Fatima Umar Farouk amongst other leaders.

The Inspire Her Conference and Awards is a prestigious Pan-African, excellent and exceptional conference for women and the He4Shes carefully designed to have women from all works of life share their inspiring stories of resilience and impact, inspire courage in women to dare the odds, instill hope to persevere and reach deeply for strength for the next phase, push for policies of inclusion and investment in women for accelerated progress in Africa and celebrate the outstanding innovation, impact and achievement of African women is set to hold in the Federal Capital City, Abuja, Nigeria
Organized by the Inspiring Youths Africa Initiative & Magazine and Rest Logic Nigeria, the conference will Inspire, Equip, Empower, Mentor and Celebrate Women leaders. It will strengthen leadership excellence; promote peak performance, productivity, integrity, consistency and present leaders with valuable networking opportunities, prospects and platforms existing for growth within the country and beyond.

Expected to hold at the prestigious Nicon Luxury Hotels Abuja on Thursday 17th April, 2025 at 10am, The Conference which has as its theme: Accelerate Action: Building Resilience, will address key areas of: Inclusion in Leadership, Human Capital Development, Ending Poverty, Work Life Balance, Gender Equality and inspiring the next generation positively.

Expected to attract over a thousand women, it will showcase an alluring array of accomplished ladies, eminent Nigerian leaders, the international community, female youth leaders, women organizations and groups, decision-makers, students etc. Speakers at the conference are drawn from both the corporate and private sectors; the conference will offer a platform to have them share their inspiring stories and amazing journeys, and it will offer the women an opportunity to engage in solution-driven dialogues networking and ideas sharing.

Briefing newsmen, the Executive Director, Amb. Jeremiah Agala and the Co-Convener Dr. Joy Franklyn Ekemezie, reaffirmed that the conference will showcase the excellence, innovation, resilience, hard work, and diligence of the African and Nigerian women.

Agala said like previous editions, the conference will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops, and interactive sessions covering a wide range of aspects relevant to African women’s leadership, inclusion, entrepreneurship, social impact, and empowerment, the years’ conference will introduce the Inspire Her Fire Chat.

Whilst calling on all to register and be part of the conference, he emphasized that the conference has very limited slots and admission is strictly by registration.
