Aroloye gave the commendation recently through a letter of appreciation to the government.
He said the performance of Governor Olusegun Mimiko’s administration in the past one year would undoubtedly turn Ondo State into a model among its peers in the federation.
He described projects being executed like the Mother and Child Hospital, Neighbourhood Markets, Mega Primary School, reconstruction of Fiwasaye-Oba Adesida road etc as worthy dividends of democracy in the state.
Aroloye also commended the Chairman of Idanre Local Government, Mr Taiye Sunday, for the rehabilitation and opening of feeder roads in the area.
The former Chairman of the Ondo State Council of Obas, noted that the construction of stalls at Alade market by the local council, being the first of its kind, would ease the accommodation problems of traders and increase the local government revenue base.
While expressing the people’s expectations of a better output from government this year, the traditional ruler called for the electorate’s support for the Mimiko government through prompt performance of their civic duties.
