Monimichelle Sports Facilities Construction Limited has expressed confidence that the ongoing renovation and upgrade of the Yakubu Gowon Stadium will be completed within the stipulated timeframe, as work continues steadily on the iconic facility.
The sports infrastructure company, under the leadership of its Chief Executive Officer, Ebi Egbe, is overseeing the transformation of the stadium into a world-class arena capable of hosting major continental and international sporting events.
According to the company, considerable progress has been recorded on the project despite the challenges that often accompany large-scale construction works.
Speaking on the development, Egbe reaffirmed Monimichelle’s commitment to quality, professionalism and timely execution, stressing that the company remains focused on delivering the project as scheduled.
He disclosed that the required manpower, technical expertise and equipment have been deployed to ensure the successful completion of the project, adding that the upgraded stadium would meet international standards and serve as a befitting venue for global sporting competitions.
“When completed, the Yakubu Gowon Stadium will not only serve Nigeria’s sporting needs but will also be capable of hosting international athletes and competitions.
