Federal High Court in Lagos has ordered that Mr. Ayode Fayose, ex-governor of Ekiti state be remanded in custody of the EFCC pending bail.
He arrived around 8:30 am on Monday morning in a white Toyota Hiace bus in the company of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), officials to the court for his trial.
The former governor is facing an 11-count charge of conspiracy and money laundering.
