Muslim Public Affairs Centre (MPAC) in Nigeria, a humanitarian organisation and Zakat & Sadakat foundation have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to provide free educational materials to visually impaired Muslims.

At the signing of the MOU in Lagos, the Executive Chairman of MPAC, Disu Kamol said that the partnership was as a result of lack of adequate supports for the visually impaired persons which impede skill and knowledge acquisition.

He said materials including Braille machine, computers, printers and scanners will be procured and distributed to the affected persons for the advancement of their education.
