Mrs Buhari canvasses one-stop shop to patronise corps members

The wife of the President, Mrs Aisha Buhari, has canvassed for a one-stop shop in order to attract government agencies as well as individuals to patronise the products of the Corps members produced under the Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development Programme (SAED) of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).

Speaking through a former deputy governor, Plateau State, Dame Pauline Tallen, yesterday while declaring the maiden edition of the NYSC Entrepreneurship Festival close in Abuja, MrsBuharisaid that she was going to offer her support for the SAED programme stressing that it will reduce the high rate of unemployment amongst youths.

The Minister of Sports and Youth Development, Barrister Solomon Dalung, said the innovation displayed by the corps members showed that the administration’s efforts at encouraging the youth in making career outside the formal labour market was making headway.
